Nitrachek is an excellent portable pocket size instrument for the determination of nitrates in soil, plants and water.   4. Immediately dip test strip into sample solution to be analysed for 2 seconds, remove and shake off excess solution, wait 60 seconds (countdown timer on Nitrachek) for colour change.

  5. As the countdown approaches 60 seconds (audible bleeps) 3, 2, 1, Insert activated test strip into read-head and close hatch. Measurement is automatic and the results displayed on the large LCD in ppm / Mg/l
